This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered in a nail salon. And I have been to many over the years. The lady doing my nails spent the whole hour chastising and barking at the other manicurists and pedicurists in her native language, clearly she was the boss! She barely looked at me or spoke the entire time. She would be filing my nails and not paying attention to what she was doing, just watching her ‘minions’. My nails are poorly shaped and as they were acrylic tips, not filled to the cuticle so they already look like they’ve grown out, after just a day. I will never go back and would never recommend. I always leave a tip, but on this occasion, not a chance.

I’m super confused because they advertise on Facebook for $60 for a manicure with shellac polish, but when I went there, it was 90? I only had them painted black that doesn’t even make sense. How disappointing and another time I went there and it was $10 and the difference for the exact same thing? Do they just make up their prices as they go. What a joke go to darling nails, a couple stores down they’re amazing.

If I could rate this place zero stars I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate! It’s been about a year and a half since I’ve had my nails done at faces and started going to Darling nails in the same mall only bc I felt the staff at faces were rude, often rushing you out of the chair so they can make as much money as possible. Darlings had much more relaxed environment and staff have been amazing there but they had an hr wait that day and I was on a tight schedule. I will not make the same mistake of trying Faces again-it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced-the lady who did my nails couldn’t understand I wanted a simple French manicure with my own nails and repeatedly tried to convince me to add tips so they ‘would be prettier’. It was actually embarrassing bc everyone was listening after I told her 3 times what I wanted. I should have left at that time but I didn’t. She was beyond rude-got up several times during my appt to cash out others and to sit other customers all while there were other staff available. She also spoke in her own language to her counterparts which made me feel uncomfortable bc I feel they were talking about how difficult I was. She also pushed a young girl who worked there away and demanded her to do other jobs when she was observing her doing my nails. She was given the cream for the massage part of the treatment and didn’t offer it all while charging me $70 plus tax for this service! The day after I already have two chipped nails and would normally go back to have it fixed, however I live 2 hrs away from the mall. Save your money and go to darlings-you won’t be disappointed! I will never go back to faces again!

I got my nails done here and it was terrible. I got a fill for my acrylics, my mom and I went together and went in with an open mind but that was a HUGE mistake. They burnt our cuticles and fingers with the nail drill, my mums nails were uneven and they charged a TON for bad nails. Mine were $95 if I would have used 2 colours so I just used the one colour but even after I just asked for her to use the one colour it was STILL $90. Unexceptable the French tips were horrendous, and they missed the corners of my nails completely. They don’t have any price lists and make up their own prices. Never going again. This place should be shut down.

This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The customer service is absolutely terrible—they don’t care about what you want at all. Their only goal is to rush you out of the chair as quickly as possible, no matter how dissatisfied you are. They outright refuse to do anything beyond basic nails and make you feel like you’re asking for too much if you want something different or creative. What’s worse is the way they treat customers. The entire experience feels like mental torture—they give you judgmental looks that make you feel unwelcome, and the staff constantly speak in their own language in front of you, which makes the environment so uncomfortable and awkward. You can feel the lack of respect. They don’t value their customers and act like they’re doing you a favor by even working on your nails. Save yourself the disappointment and stress—there are so many better places to go. This salon doesn’t deserve your time or money!
